CLUB ROYALE
Club Royale belongs to the category of pigmented leathers with corrected grain, but with new processing techniques it has been possible to make the leathers much softer and more enveloping, like a full grain, but with the resistance of pigmented leathers.
It is important to point out that full-grain leathers are beautiful but require extreme maintenance and attention because, not being protected by pigments, they absorb so much, and tend to wear out quickly if not cared for properly.
In order to give our customers a leather that is resistant and at the same time soft and natural, we have created the club royale. to produce this article, the best Brazilian leathers are selected, which makes it possible to reduce the use of dyes and with a slight correction of the grain, and after careful and very long milling we obtain such beautiful leathers, which pass the dry (500) and wet (250) rub tests.
In addition, club royale is 1.6/1.8 mm thicker than the usual 1.3/1.5 mm thick.
We are proud to have achieved this result, also because we respect the environment by adhering to the LWG certification and have also been classified in the gold category.
For us, the sustainability of our planet comes first; tanning processes are often accused of being highly polluting, which is why Crest Leather was one of the first signatories to this convention.
LWG is required as an essential supply requirement by numerous global brands (Louiss Vitton, Adidas, Nike) and by the entire automotive sector under link.
